We use DDR Pen Drive Recovery, DiskInternals and other Software which reads all data on a drive when it has no partition that windows or an operating system can read or recognize.
 
Remote access data recovery
Data recovers may be done anywhere world wide via remote access / skype share-your-screen. This requires you to have an operating computer which you plug the bad hard drive into as a slave drive.
