The way it works:
1. Phone me and I will setup your own remote assistance account (free on www.logmein.com or www.teamviewer.com). *Also can be done via skype "share your screen".  If done via skype I will instruct you to which button to press as I will only be able to see your screen and have no access to your computer;  This option is good if you want no way for us to have control over your computer.
Optionally you can create your own account before you call (its not hard).
2. Once setup I repair or configure your system.


We can access computers with XP, Windows 7, Vista, Mac OSX, or Linux.


Data Recoveries via Remote assistance

Data recovers may be done anywhere world wide. This requires you to have an operating computer which you plug the bad hard drive into as a slave drive.

We provide free help via email and telephone and send instructions on how to use your website via email, however we can access your computer and help set up outlook email accounts accounts, watch and guide you through the admin, show you how to use a design program, etc.
